We sell BRAND NEW beauty products, from world renowned brands, as well as up and coming brands.

How long have you been in business?
Since March 2010.

What is this?
We offer a personalized service for customers eager to find discontinued, sold out or hard to find beauty products, from any brand.

How does this specialized service work?
It’s very simple: email us with the product(s) that you are looking for and we will let you know if we can find it, in how long and how much it would cost.

I am looking for something very rare, can you still find it?
We will do our best. We have a lot of suppliers, and we are proud to say that we’ve helped hundreds of girls in search of some of their favorite discontinued, and hard to find beauty products.

Do you have any sales?
Yes, when we have overstock inventory we will put it on sale. You can check our sale section here, for regularly added sales items.

Do you have any coupons that I can use?
We do offer coupons to our returning customers, on a regular basis. The value of the coupon varies and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only 1 coupon code may be used per order.

I had a coupon and I forgot to enter it when I checkout, what now?
Failure to enter coupon code upon checkout will result in full purchase price being charged. We are unable to process coupon codes on completed orders that failed to enter the code upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
YES, we do!:)

What about shipping rates?
Shipping is free on order over $150.
For orders of less than, $150, shipping can vary based on location, and weight of the products you buy.

Do you accept returns?
At this time we cannot accept returns. In order for us to keep our prices and shipping as low as possible, as well as bring you the best possible beauty lines all in one convenient place, we are absolutely not able to accept returns on any product. This is also due to hygienic reasons.

When will I receive my package?
It depends on your location, the shipping service purchased, and customs if you are located outside Canada. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally customs delays of several weeks can occur.

I still haven’t received my package, what now?
Before emailing us with delivery inquiries, note that we ship from Canada so it can take a while to arrive to your destination due to customs.
For US deliveries, you can contact us if it’s been more than 3 weeks since you’ve placed your order.
For outside North America deliveries, you can contact us if it’s been more than 5 weeks since you’ve placed your order.

I am an international customer, is it the same policy?
Yes, but we would like you to know that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities. We provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
